A sermon preached at the opening of the Synod of the Reformed Presbyterian Church in 1816, it is a much needed look at true ecumenism. It also opposes false ecumenism and the ungodly unions (based not on agreement in truth, but on other pragmatic considerations) that are so common in our day.
