Kennedy was a contemporary and close friend of C.H. Spurgeon. He was known by some as "the Spurgeon of the North."

This is a Calvinistic review of D.L. Moody's campaigns. It exposes unbiblical evangelistic methods and innovations. Much of it could also be applied to the errors of Charles Finney, Billy Graham and modern "evangelicalism" in general -- for they have all drank deeply from the same polluted Arminian wells as Moody.
