Excerpt: HOUSTON, Texas - The fifth investigative video into Planned Parenthood's harvesting and sale of fetal organs released by the Center for Medical Progress shows a Texas director describing how abortion procedures can be "creatively" altered to pull the baby's body out intact, depending on the demand.
The video, released on Tuesday, captures Melissa Farrell, director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast discussing with undercover investigators the "diversification of the revenue stream" over dinner along with a visit to the organization's pathology lab, where workers sort through the remains of aborted babies.
During one segment of the video, the investigators, who pose as potential buyers, ask if abortion procedures can be manipulated to remove certain organs intact-or even the entire baby.
"Just depending on the patient's anatomy, how many weeks, where it's placed in the uterus we're going to potentially be able to have some that will be more or less intact and then some that will not be," Farrell responds.
She explains that the organization is willing to "alter" the abortion to accommodate the demand."And we've had studies in which the company, or in the case of the investigator, has a specific need for a certain portion of the products of conception and we bake that into our contract, and our protocol, that we follow this," Farrell says. "So we deviate from our standard in order to do that."
"If we alter our process and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget, that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this," she explains. "I mean, it's all just a matter of line items."
Farrell further outlines that when abortionists need to get a whole body part out without crushing it, where there's a will, there's a way.
"When it matters-in the cases of when it's mattered-physicians also need an intact specimen, they can make it happen. So they do it in a way that they get the best specimens," she says. "So I know it can happen." ...
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott likewise released a statement, but contended that the footage rather shows Planned Parenthood's "disrespect for human life." An investigation is currently being conducted regarding the organization's practices.
"The latest video showing Planned Parenthood's treatment of unborn children in a Houston clinic is repulsive and unconscionable," Abbott said in a statement. "Selling baby body parts is the furthest thing imaginable from providing women's healthcare, and this organization's repeated and systematic disrespect for human life is appalling."
"The State of Texas is aggressively investigating this matter and must use all available legal remedies to address this depraved conduct," he said.
Exposed: Top Planned Parenthood Director Describes Sale of Baby Body Parts in Undercover Video (Free Video)
Excerpts: NEW YORK - A video released Tuesday by the Center for Medical Progress shows a top Planned Parenthood director explaining in graphic detail how the abortion giant harvests and sells baby body parts and organs nationwide-a practice that is a felony under federal law. The Center for Medical Progress released the video as the next in its "Human Capital" investigative series, as it researches the organization's illegal sales of fetal body parts in America.
"Planned Parenthood's criminal conspiracy to make money off of aborted baby parts reaches to the very highest levels of their organization," director David Daleiden remarked in a statement. "Elected officials must listen to the public outcry for Planned Parenthood to be held accountable to the law and for our tax dollars to stop underwriting this barbaric abortion business."
The video features abortionist Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood Federation of America's senior director of medical services, who oversees the practices of all the 700-plus Planned Parenthood locations nationwide. Nucatola thinks she's having a business dinner with representatives of a fetal tissue procurement company, but what she doesn't know is that the man and woman that she is speaking with are undercover investigators and are recording her conversation.
SAVING 'SPECIMENS' FOR BUYERS
During the discussion, as she munches nonchalantly on salad, Nucatola explains in detail how the organs and extremities of the aborted babies are decidedly removed intact so that they can be sold to buyers. She outlines that the organizations is paid between $30 to $100 per "specimen." "How much of a difference can that actually make, if you know kind of what's expected, or what we need?" the male investigator asks Nucatola, wanting to find out if Planned Parenthood can set aside certain organs for sale.
"It makes a huge difference," she replies. "I'd say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they'll know where they're putting their forceps. The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium-the head-is basically the biggest part." "It's very rare to have a patient that doesn't have enough dilation to evacuate the other parts intact," Nucatola explains. "To bring the body cavity out intact and all that?" the man asks.
"Exactly," she replies. "So then you're just kind of cognizant where you put your graspers. You try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that--you know. We've been very good at getting the heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so 'I'm not gonna crush that part. I'm gonna basically crush below, I'm gonna crush above, and I'm gonna see if I can get it all intact.'" ...
LISTS AND 'MENUS'
She mentions a "list" that she refers to in supplying the body parts that are in demand.
"For example, I had eight cases yesterday. And I knew exactly what we needed, and I kinda looked at this list and said, 'Alright, this 17-weeker has 8 LAMs and this one-so I knew which were the cases that were probably more likely to yield what we needed, and I made my decisions according to that, too. So, it's worth having a huddle at the beginning of the day, and that's what I do." ...
The Center for Medical Progress notes that it is a federal crime-a felony punishable up to 10 years in prison-to buy or sell fetal body parts in America. It also stated that turning the baby breech-as Nucatola explained-to remove the child's head intact is the same as a partial-birth abortion and is likewise a federal felony.

"The orthodox churches believe also, and do willingly acknowledge, that every lawful magistrate, being by God himself constituted the keeper and defender of both tables of the law, may and ought first and chiefly to take care of God's glory, and (according to his place, or in his manner and way) to preserve religion when pure, and to restore it when decayed and corrupted: and also to provide a learned and godly ministry, schools also and synods, as likewise to restrain and punish as well atheists, blasphemers, heretics and schismatics, as the violators of justice and civil peace." - George Gillespie, Works,1:12, on the Puritan Hard Drive
Reformation is desperately needed in our languishing nations. In the past, not only did biblical reformation sweep the church in doctrine, worship, and government, but also reformation of biblical Christianity was promoted and accelerated by Christian magistrates who wholeheartedly supported and defended the ministry of the reformed churches. Reformation is never easy. The truth is no more fashionable today than it was at the time of our reformed and covenanted forefathers. If we would see reformation we must return to the old paths of our God and of our forefathers. What is presented in the following pages is not a novel view of civil magistracy, but one which is believed to be both biblical and representative of our reformed and presbyterian forefathers from the covenanted reformation at the time of the Westminster Assembly. Civil magistracy is a blessed ordinance of the living God, given to the human family in order that it might reflect the order in which God so much delights ("For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace" 1 Cor. 14:33). This ordinance should be so cherished by God's people that when the ruling civil magistrate cannot be owned as "the ordinance of God" within a nation, the hearts of God's people both sadly bemoan that fact and earnestly pray that God would in His mercy remove His righteous anger from the land and grant nursing fathers to the church. May God be pleased to open the eyes of His people to the need for reformation in the divine ordinance of civil magistracy. - Greg Price, Biblical Civil Government Versus the Beast; and, The Basis For Civil Resistance, free online at https://www.swrb.com/newslett/actualNLs/bibcg_gp.htm
Pastor Greg L. Price Reviews and Recommends
the Puritan Hard Drive
Pastor Greg L. Price
I was one of those who had profited much from using the plethora of out-of-print Reformation materials offered by Still Waters Revival Books in the 62 CDs (Puritan CDs and Reformation CDs) for a number of years in my ministry -- works that I could only have found in select libraries (usually hundreds of miles away from my residence).
With the CDs, it took a little while to go to the index of each set, locate the documents I needed, and then find the correct CD. Of course, the time was always well spent in finding that particular document that I needed.
However, now that I have the Puritan Hard Drive, I am able to use my time much more efficiently in finding that particular document I need by quickly searching for it and finding it in a matter of seconds. It's like going from "dial up" to "high-speed" Internet!
And for all of those documents that have a font that are in block letters, I am able to simply cut and paste from the Puritan Hard Drive to my own document with ease.
Amazing surprises do come in small packages!
If you want to understand Reformed theology (i.e., the whole counsel of God) the Puritan Hard Drive is unsurpassed, outside the Bible itself. The First and Second Reformations gave us the most faithful Scriptural teaching and preaching since the time of the Apostles, and there is no other resource, outside Scripture itself, where you can find so much of God's truth as in the Puritan Hard Drive.
May the Lord continue to use this most profitable tool to promote a Third Reformation that encompasses the whole world (Isaiah 2:2-4)!
