McCarty was an ex-Romanist turned Freemason, thus we are noting right up front that this is not a Christian book and should be read with extreme care (for much that is evil is mixed in with the useful information the book contains).

We are making this book available because it contains hard to find research and documentation of the intrigues that are regularly practiced by Papists and Jesuits alike, in their quest for world domination (corroborating the statements of other famous ex-Romanists like the ex-Priest turned Presbyterian, Charles Chiniquy -- who was a friend of Abraham Lincoln (cf. Chiniquy's Fifty Years In the Church of Rome, chapter 61).

McCarty's book demonstrates that Rome was behind Lincoln's assassination, as well as chronicling other assassinations and assassination attempts on American Presidents in which Rome was involved. It also contains a copy of the wicked Jesuit Oath and much else that implicates both Rome and the Jesuits for the ecclesiastical Antichrists they are.

Noteworthy in this regard is the following statement from the author's introduction, "I feel safe in stating that nowhere else can be found in one book the connected presentation of the story leading up to the death of Abraham Lincoln, which was instigated by the "Black" pope, the general of the Jesuit Order, camouflaged by the "White" pope, Pius IXth, aided and abetted and financed by other "Divine Righters" of Europe, and finally consummated by the Roman Hierarchy and their paid agents in this country and French Canada on "Good Friday" night, April 14th, 1865, at Ford's Theatre, Washington, D.C.

I am convinced that if this knowledge can be given adequate distribution and placed in possession of the boys and girls of the public elementary schools, for whom it is especially designed to reach, that the wicked boast of the Jesuits and their lay agents, the Knights of Columbus, to 'MAKE AMERICA CATHOLIC' can never be accomplished."

Also demonstrates that "from the earliest times the Roman Church advocated human slavery," which "in short, was a basis for the wealth of the Papacy" (p. 71).
